By completing this booking and payment, you agree to our 48-hour cancellation policy. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours notice will incur the full booking fee. Any billing disputes must be addressed directly with our clinic at info@derm.ca or 403-457-1900 within 30 days of service, prior to initiating payment disputes with your financial institution. A credit or debit card is required to book and may be charged in the case of a late cancellation.
